Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada.
Cost
United States
Free on orders over $50. Orders under $50 are charged a flat rate of $5.95.
Canada
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address.
Canadian orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or brokerage fees collected by your carrier or by customs on delivery. These are set by the Canada Border Services Agency, not by us, and they are not included in the price you pay at checkout.
Timing
Orders are packed and shipped from Brentwood, Tennessee within two business days. We don't ship on weekends or US federal holidays.
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery time after that depends on your carrier and location.
Order changes
If you need to change or cancel an order, email hello@shopprimalplay.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best, but once a package has shipped we can't recall it.
Something wrong with your delivery
If your package is marked delivered and you don't have it, check with your household and neighbors first, then email us. If it doesn't turn up, we'll work it out with you.
If your package arrives damaged, take a photo of the packaging before opening it if you can, and email us within 14 days.
