Four things we changed
The waistband
Most kids' underwear uses a wide elastic band, and a wide band has to squeeze to stay up. Most brands encase that band in fabric. We encase soft string elastic in narrow stitching instead, so there is less of it against skin to begin with. It holds without squeezing and sits flat enough to disappear under clothes. It is patent-pending.
The seams
Flat-lock seams lie smooth against skin instead of forming the raised ridge a standard seam creates.
The fabric
90% modal, 10% spandex, knitted to 185gsm. Modal has a smoother fiber surface than cotton and holds its shape through repeated hot washes.
The tags
There are none inside. Nothing printed, nothing woven, nothing to scratch.

Every style is tested by a CPSC-accepted laboratory for lead content, phthalates, and flammability. We keep the report and the certificate on file.
