Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada.

Cost

United States. Shipping is free on orders of $36 or more. Orders under $36 are charged a flat rate of $5.95. Express shipping is available at $14.95.

Canada. Shipping is $14.95. Canadian orders may be subject to duties, taxes or brokerage fees collected by your carrier or by customs on delivery. These are set by the Canada Border Services Agency, not by us, and they are not included in the price you pay at checkout.

Timing

Orders are packed and shipped from Brentwood, Tennessee within two business days. We don't ship on weekends or US federal holidays.

Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery time after that depends on your carrier and location.

Order changes

If you need to change or cancel an order, email hello@shopprimalplay.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best, but once a package has shipped we can't recall it.

Problems with delivery

If your package is marked delivered and you don't have it, check with your household and neighbors first, then email us. If it doesn't turn up, we'll work it out with you.

If your package arrives damaged, take a photo of the packaging before opening it if you can, and email us within 14 days.
